Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order you have placed with Kratomind, you must contact customer support by email (hansip@kratomind.com). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Refund Condition

We only accept refunds if we can’t deliver your item or if the item is detained in your country’s customs. If the fault comes from your side, we have the right to refuse your refund request

Express mail service need signature confirmation. They will not drop it in front house , they only leave notice. If you didn’t claim your package in 7 days , they will return it to us
